The hotel's outdoor and indoor baths provide guests with a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Guests can enjoy the beautiful views from their private rooms, which are tastefully decorated, spacious and equipped with luxurious amenities, including coffee grinders and pour, over coffee machines. the breakfast and dinner served in, room or in the restaurant are of exceptional quality with a wide array of options.
The hotel's check, in and check, out procedures are inflexible, making it challenging for travelers with strict schedules or those traveling with young children.

the hotel provided us with all the necessary amenities including hot spring baths, massage, and beauty treatments. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the rooms were spacious and had exclusive facilities such as in-room breakfast and private facilities. the restaurant and bar/lounge area had a variety of options and the food was excellent.
the service provided was efficient but not very flexible.

The rooms were done in exquisite Japanese style and had superb amenities. The private baths provided breathtaking mountain views. The staff was welcoming and provided excellent service in English, Mandarin, and Korean. The food was an experience in itself and delicious.
The hotel's location may not be convenient as it takes a bit of time to reach and has a steep slope at the entrance. The hotel was inflexible in their hospitality procedures and had a strict check-in and check-out policy. It was inconvenient for guests with children or elderly to walk around while waiting for the next bus after checkout.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way! The staff were attentive and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. My room was spotlessly clean and had the most amazing facilities, including a private hot tub with beautiful views from the terrace. The hotel facilities were top-notch and it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Also, the breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of Japanese dishes.
Nothing to mention.

Although the journey was long, I found the location to be peaceful and secluded. the room was spacious and had an indoor and outdoor hot spring for my use. the food was pretty good and the staff members were friendly.
One thing that disappointed me was the lack of authentic Japanese feel in the decorations. the entrance had a cheap look to it and the staff members were not Japanese.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
